Coach Fitch is beginning his fourth year at Trinity. He also teaches math. Coach Fitch has nineteen years of coaching experience. He is a graduate of U.T. Arlington and Trinity High School. He has a wife, Marcy and children Sarah, John and Jacob

Craig Cansler
Asst. Head Coach Offensive Line
 

Coach Cansler is starting his 23 rd year of coaching; he has been a part of 19 playoff teams. This will be his seventh year at Trinity. Coach Cansler is a graduate of Western State College in Gunnison, Colorado, where he was a 4-year letterman. Graduate assistant, coaching a Southwest Conference Championship team at the University of Texas where he earned his master’s Degree in Sports Administration. Coach Cansler also teaches P. E. He has a wife Marsha and Daughter Macy (3).

Coach Evartt is starting his ninth year at Trinity. He has 15 years of coaching experience. He is a 1991 Graduate of TCU and a 1984 Graduate of Grapevine High School. Coach Evartt also teaches English and is head baseball coach in the spring. He has a wife Christi, daughter Brianna (12) and son, Austin (6).

Donald Tryon
Defensive Coordinator
   
Coach Tryon is starting his 7 th year at Trinity. He has twelve years coaching experience. He was a Two-year letterman at East Texas State University. Coach Tryon graduated from East Texas State University and Longview High School where he was All District and All East Texas in football. He also teaches Speech and is an assistant track coach in the spring. He has a wife Danita, son Damarii (9) and daughter Dar’Keshia (13).

Will Averitt
Safeties

Coach Averitt is starting his sixth year at Trinity. He has 13 years of coaching experience. He is a graduate of Missouri Valley College and Sunset High School ( Dallas). Coach Averitt also teaches Government and is an assistant baseball coach in the spring. He has a wife, Wendy and two boys Tyler (10) and Chase (8).

Chris Jensen
Offensive
Coordinator

Coach Jensen is starting his seventh year at Trinity. He has 16 years of coaching experience. He is a Graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University. He teaches Health and is an assistant track coach in the spring. His wife Christy teaches at Harrison Lane Elementary and he has 2 daughters Kaylee (9) and Abby (4).

Mike Pruitt
  Head Trainer

Mike Pruitt is beginning his Twenty-fourth year as the athletic trainer at Trinity High School. It is his overall thirty-first year in education. His wife, Michele is the assistant principal at Stonegate Elementary. His daughter, Brittany 26 a student trainer for her father while attending THS is starting her 4 th year teaching kindergarten at North Euless Elementary. His son, Mitch, 24, past quarterback at THS, recently graduated from Baylor and is the varsity quarterback coach at Waco University High School.

Jason Dibble
Corners

Coach Dibble is starting his 3 rd year at Trinity. He has ten years of coaching experience. Coach Dibble is a Graduate of Texas Tech University and Richland Highs School. He also teaches Economics. His wife Beth is a Speech Pathologist in the Birdville ISD. He has one daughter, Ellie (3).

Coach Ryon is starting his 2 nd year at Trinity. He has 20 years coaching experience. He graduated from Texas A&M University. Coach Ryon also teaches P.E. and is the Head Track Coach in the spring. He has a Wife, Anne, daughter Audrey (13) and son Caleb (16).

 
Trina Hughes
Assistant Trainer

Trina Hughes is starting her fourteenth year at Trinity. She graduated from Texas Women’s University and Odessa High School. She teaches Anatomy, Physiology and Sports Medicine.

Jason Caruso
Coaching Assistant
Media Administrator

Jason Caruso graduated from Trinity High School in ’92. He is the Campus Technology Assistant on campus. He is affectionately known as “Cheese” to friends, family, and faculty. Currently, Coach Caruso is working on a teaching degree while coaching with both the football and baseball programs. He is thought of as a mentor to numerous students and a friend to all faculty members at Trinity.

 
John Thompson
Linebackers

Coach Thompson is starting his first year at Trinity. He has 10 years coaching experience. He was a 4-year letterman at East Central University (ECU) in Ada, Oklahoma. Coach Thompson is a graduate of Ardmore High School in Ardmore, Oklahoma. He earned his Masters Degree in Sports Administration from ECU. He also teaches Health and is an Assistant Track Coach in the spring.
